Prior to joining Folks Hess, PLLC, Mr. Schriever worked at a large multi-jurisdictional law firm for many years and represented major banking institutions in various areas of legal and financial services, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, eviction, title work and related litigation.
Mr. Schriever has over 16 years of experience representing banks, credit unions and other institutional clients concerning collection litigation, creditor’s rights litigation and other civil litigation matters in Nevada. In particular, he has extensive experience in representing banks and other financial institutions to protect their rights as a creditor in consumer and commercial bankruptcy cases pending under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 in Nevada. He also has extensive experience in litigating commercial collection cases before the District Court of Nevada. |
